Update: Suspects from Huntley and Algonquin apprehended by authorities wanted for road rage incident that caused one death; one suspect still at large

WEST DUNDEE – nThe West Dundee Police Department announced on Aug. 3, that 41-year-old Kurt E. Doporcyk of Algonquin and 32-year-old Ryan T. Barrett of Huntley, were taken into custody, however both men were released on bond.

Authorities are still on the lookout for Peter Stoyshich, 30, of Belize, Central America.

According to public court records, Doporcyk’s next court appearance is scheduled for Aug. 19 at 9 a.m.

His status hearing will be heard by Associate Judge Salvatore LoPiccolo Jr. in courtroom 211 of the Kane County Judicial Center.

Barrett’s case will also be heard by Associate Judge LoPiccolo, though there is currently no information about when his next court appearance will be.

All three men were indicted with second degree murder charges for causing the death of Alex T. Hall Jr., 52, of Carpentersville, during a June 10, road rage incident.

Additionally, the men were indicted with aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, aggravated battery in a public way and mob action-use of force or violence.
