Read and Fries With a Firefighter

The Huntley Area Public Library and Huntley Fire Protection District co-hosted “Read and Fries With a Firefighter”at Culver’s of Huntley restaurant June 8. The event was a fundraiser for Illinois Fire Safety Alliance’s Camp I am Me, which is for burn victims. This year’s camp will be at Camp Duncan YMCA in Ingleside June 18-24. Firefighters Phil Adams and Zack Berti join children and the Culver’s mascot Scoopie.
