A look inside the new Lincoln House & Co. before its grand opening
HUNTLEY — Having launched in a soft opening in early July, the consensus on Huntley’s new food establishment has been nothing short of positive.
Lincoln House & Co., located at 11808 Main Street, is owned by Barb and Chris Lincoln, who also own the Lincoln Farmstead (8401 IL-47). The Lincolns proposed their new business venture at the Jan. 12 Village Board meeting after purchasing the property formally occupied by Manny’s Gelato and Café.
As previously reported, Lincoln House & Co. is a coffee and wine bar that specializes in coffee, wine, smoothies, salads, sandwiches, and other small plate offerings.
The interior features a relaxing, yet modern aesthetic that holds to the vision of wanting to bring people together in a welcoming environment the Lincoln family had for their new business venture.
On July 31, the Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce announced that a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony will be taking place on Aug. 11 at 4 p.m.
In the meantime, individuals can visit Lincoln House & Co. on Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
As an added note, Lincoln House & Co. closes its kitchen every day from 2 to 5 p.m. and 30 minutes before closing.
