WOODSTOCK—McHenry County State’s Attorney Patrick Kenneally and Woodstock Police Chief John Lieb issued a joint statement on Jan. 18 regarding the arrest of 32-year-old Woodstock resident Jesus Cortez. Cortez was taken into custody on two Class 4 felony charges of indecent solicitation of a minor and grooming. The arrest occurred during a human trafficking sting. ...
