April 8 big day for egg hunt fun

HUNTLEY — Huntley Park District’s annual Easter Egg hunt fun events are  fast approaching.

The free Huntley Easter Egg Hunt  for ages 2 to 8 will take place at Deicke Park, located at 11419 S. Route 47 starting at 10 a.m. Saturday,  April 8. 

The first group will be children ages two and under at 10 a.m. at the Deicke Discovery Zone. 

Other age groups and their times are: 10:15 a.m. ages 2-3; 10:30 a.m., ages 4-5; 10:45 a.m., ages 6-8.

There will be music with a DJ, photos and prizes. 

Flashlight egg hunt

A flashlight egg hunt fun event will take place under the stars at Deicke Park Friday, April 7. 

Ages 9-12 will enjoy seeking prizes, gift cards and candy filled eggs,
