WOODSTOCK, Ill. – The McHenry County Treasurer’s Office lobby will reopen for property tax payments and passport services effective Monday, May 24, Treasurer Glenda Miller announced.
In order to protect office employees and the public, lobby activity will be monitored to mitigate overcrowding, and visitors will be required to wear masks and maintain six-foot physical distancing. The Treasurer’s Office is located at 2100 N. Seminary Ave., just south of the Michael J. Sullivan Judicial Center.
“With property tax bills set to be mailed out, and with more people being vaccinated and state mitigation measures being loosened, it’s time for us to once again offer walk-up service for our residents,” Miller said.
